Job Description

Technical/Functional Skills        

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Experience with ETL Concepts

• Experience with Informatica and Toad

• Experience with PLSQL( Desired)

• Experience with Agile development (SCRUM methodology) desired

• Experience leading a team in collaborative development of prototypes for demonstration of concepts

• Good understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)

• Agile environment experience.

 Secondary Skills:

• Knowledge to Database Development like Oracle/DB2/MySQL

 Generic Managerial/Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria

• Must be able to facilitate teams to successful resolution of issues

• Must have good negotiation skills, conflict management & resolution skills

• Creative approach to problem solving.

 Education           

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
