Requirements
  • Twelve or more years leading delivery of large-scale digital experience platform programs, including programs where the candidate owned the outcome rather than only the schedule.
  • Deep Adobe delivery experience, including Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service in production and working fluency across Adobe Target, Launch, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront, and Assets.
  • Production experience delivering Edge Delivery Services, including understanding where it constrains an enterprise build.
  • Global program delivery in a market with data residency and in-country regulatory requirements, such as mainland China, including knowledge of local delivery and consent obligations.
  • Delivery experience in healthcare or life sciences, where validation and audit traceability shaped the schedule.
  • Experience planning and delivering GxP validation cycles, including OQ, PQ, and IVP across multiple environments.
  • Experience running onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams as one delivery organization across time zones.
  • A consulting background and the ability to own the client relationship and commercial picture alongside delivery.
  • Ability to be fully billable to a single strategic account.
  • Attention to detail and discipline in identifying specification gaps, dependencies, and moved dates before they affect milestones.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to support client engagements, business development activities, and team leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the full delivery lifecycle of complex, global experience platform programs, from mobilization and planning through build, release, and ongoing support.
  • Own program health across scope, schedule, budget, margin, quality, and risk, and report it candidly to client and internal leadership.
  • Serve as the senior delivery counterpart to client program leadership and executives, building the relationship that surfaces problems early and creates follow-on work.
  • Build and maintain the delivery plan and capacity model across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, adjusting resourcing as the program evolves.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams and discipline leads, holding independent workstreams to a single committed date.
  • Establish program governance covering intake, decision rights, sign-off, change control, escalation, and reporting.
  • Actively manage risk and dependencies, including dependencies owned outside the team, and re-sequence the plan when they move instead of renegotiating the commitment.
  • Plan regulatory validation, security review, and audit traceability into the schedule with owners and durations rather than treating them as an end-stage gate.
  • Ensure global and in-country requirements, including mainland China requirements, are designed into the program from the first release.
  • Apply artificial intelligence across delivery within the client's compliance constraints and reflect the resulting capacity in the plan.
  • Coach and grow the delivery team on the account, including discipline leads and future program leaders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Enterprise-scale document-based authoring using DA.live or a comparable platform.
  • Experience with enterprise search and product discovery platforms such as Coveo or comparable platforms.
  • Experience with China regulatory workstreams, including ICP licensing, PIPL data residency, cross-border transfer consent, and MLPS filing.
  • Experience with large-scale content migration where true content volume was unknown at the point of commitment.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery and feature-flag release control on enterprise web platforms.
  • Strong understanding of personally identifiable information security and data privacy requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience with medical, legal, and regulatory review workflows shaping content release cycles.
  • Experience with Veeva or an equivalent commercial content system integrated with Adobe.
  • Experience delivering healthcare professional and patient-facing digital experiences under promotional review.
