Responsibilities
  • Leading the annual budgeting process for corporate operating expenses
  • Leading the quarterly reforecast process, including overseeing loads of planning software
  • Leading the development of actionable management reporting, financial modelling, dashboards, KPIs and overseeing financial performance for Corporate FP&A
  • Leading cost control and financial management of operating expenses
  • Partnering closely with all corporate functions to support strategic planning by owning the required financial modelling and analysis
  • Serving as a key business partner working directly with senior leaders to provide business recommendations in regards to strategic planning, scenario modeling and supporting the development of business cases and new business units (i.e. recommerce/circularity)
  • Coaching and mentoring analysts across the FP&A team on budgeting, reporting, FP&A processes, and forecasting to drive the continued improvement of our FP&A function
  • Supporting with the preparation of business performance review and strategic planning presentations for Senior Leadership
  • Identifying tools and initiatives to improve our FP&A data and processes
  • Assisting with design and maintenance of the accounting, budgeting, and reporting systems
