Requirements
  • Currently studying a bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Ability to sign an agreement with the school for a preferably six-month period.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Reconcile check requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Liaise with the purchasing department to resolve discrepancies.
  • Process invoices and ensure approval.
  • Resolve supplier inquiries and support the preparation of payments.
  • Assist with month-end closing and ledger entries.
  • Support supplier account reconciliation duties.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Provide support for ad hoc tasks in the department.
