How you'll make an impact

You’ll lead a team of engineers, supporting them in delivering high-quality, resilient software through strong engineering and delivery practices.
You’ll foster a healthy, sustainable working environment, ensure clear communication and feedback loops, and empower your team to grow their skills and achieve their goals.
Your focus will be on driving engineering excellence and supporting both team performance and individual development.

What you'll do

Drive effective, sustainable delivery with strong planning and technical practices.
Ensure product health, technical quality, and adherence to engineering standards.
Collaborate on roadmaps and support incident resolution and continuous improvement.
Coach the team to grow their skills and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
Support career growth, wellbeing, and team engagement.
Foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recruit and retain diverse talent, and organise team-building activities.

What you'll bring with you

Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on growth and learning.
High emotional intelligence, clear communication, and people leadership.
Proven ability to foster inclusive, values-driven team culture.
Solid understanding of engineering standards and modern software delivery practices.
Experience leading teams in Agile environments, ideally within digital product or SaaS.
Strong collaboration, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
