Responsibilities
  • partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the company
  • partner primarily with our engineering organization
  • design and own hiring strategies to engage with high caliber talent, both active and passive
  • use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly
  • ensure a high-touch candidate experience from beginning to end
  • ensure a high level of data integrity and regularly partner with HMs to share data insights on how we can improve
  • proactively drive recruiting process improvements that help us operate most efficiently and with candidates’ best interests in mind
