Calling all German speaking Marketers! Does the prospect of running marketing activity in a dynamic marketing function, within a globally renowned, award-winning tech company excite you?
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is a German speaker to join our UK-based team to run our SAAS marketing division, with a focus on growing our reputation and demand gen in our German and UK territories. Though our brand has been around for 20+ years, we operate with a start-up feel: culture, energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of fun are a key part of what we’re looking for in a candidate, to help us deliver on our vision.
The role…
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll take responsibility for delivering campaigns, lead gen, and brand building for our SAAS and product offerings in the compliance training technologies space. Your experience in a B2B marketing capacity will help you contribute to shaping and delivering marketing plans, and your high standards of written German will help us to ensure that we are delivering exceptional digital content and general marketing across the DACH regions.
Your knowledge of running marketing campaigns will enable you to lead and track the success of our activity, and your project management skills and attention to detail will ensure that we are always presenting the organisation at the highest possible standard – a standard that suits the Fortune 500 companies and professional organisations we work with and seek to attract.
The highest in written and spoken German skills are essential. Events – both digital and in person – will be an important area for delivery as we showcase our offering throughout the year at some of the biggest in our industry. This role suits someone with ambition and confidence, who has excellent German written communication skills and wants to take ownership of the tactical marketing activity within our team and be very hands on in the day-to-day running of all things marketing.
To begin with, you’ll have one direct report of a Junior Marketing Manager, and rely on agencies, alongside our central, UK-based team of marketing professionals for support with digital demand generation and graphic design. However, as you prove sales traction through your marketing initiatives and build a demonstrable pipeline, you’ll pave the way for growing and structuring your own larger team.
