Requirements
  • A current driver's license is required.
  • The driving record must be acceptable to the current insurance carrier.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications is required.
  • Experience in automotive customer service and service sales is required.
  • The employee must be dependable and reliable for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • The employee must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the workday, coordinate parts, and occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds.
  • The employee must maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet every guest who enters the facility with hospitality and respect.
  • Present the best solution to properly repair the guest's vehicle in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Manage the store's workflow effectively and efficiently.
  • Sell services consistently and effectively without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally by phone.
  • Build long-term relationships among the store, the employee, and the guest.
  • Shuttle guests as needed.
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
  • Work as part of a team and assist other employees as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • An associate degree is preferred.
