Requirements
  • 5+ years of previous account management experience with healthcare corporations or C-Suite level executives
  • Past healthcare experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Must have an acute business acumen
  • An enthusiastic and passionate approach to business
  • UP to 30% Travel to healthcare facilities and industry conferences
  • Must live in one of the following states: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, or Ohio
Responsibilities
  • Manage the post-sales relationship with Medely's enterprise customers
  • Create, maintain, and execute strategic account plans to support the company's growth and retention goals
  • Maintain pre-determined KPIs
  • Work directly with leadership in developing an enterprise playbook to support customer scaling
  • Advocate product features and enhancements as the voice of the customer and part with internal stakeholders
  • Document and keep records of account communication and data
