  • Demonstrated experience with leading the implementation, configuration, and administering of ServiceNow in an Agile development environment
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow administration capability and is able to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services

  • Demonstrated experience with various ServiceNow Products (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, CSM, GRC, etc.), may have deep strengths in one or several of these, and understands how the ITIL framework can be leveraged to create best practices for the customer
  • Strong knowledge of HTML technologies and web frameworks
  • Ability to lead and facilitate solutioning discussions for ServiceNow catalogs/modules
  • Possess and experience utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills with direct communication to customers, end-users, and team members

Responsibilities
  • Lead development and implementation of a functional ServiceNow solution based on gathered requirements from USDA Food Nutrition Services stakeholders
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, debug, and maintain ServiceNow in an Agile development environment
  • Develop ServiceNow workflows, dashboards and reporting capabilities
  • Lead/participate in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, software development, reviews, and testing
  • Lead teams and clients in developing and maintaining a technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform that aligns with customer transformation objectives and balances technical and business needs
  • Lead architectural decisions, technical standards, and matching solutions to business objectives
  • Perform ServiceNow administrative functions as required
  • Proficient in ensuring that applications are created using software development best practices and security best practices in a Federal USDA environment
  • Prepare needed documents (i.e SOPs, User Guides, Testing documentation, etc.)
  • Integrate Change, Service Asset & Configuration, and Release Management to achieve defined outcomes
  • Configure the Application UI and workflows
