Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing core initiatives and identifying process improvements.
  • Support supply and demand tracking for new deals not yet in lease-up.
  • Generate and review monthly renewals for both market and affordable sectors.
  • Address daily pricing inquiries and preparation for RPM portfolio calls.
  • Manage software tools and ensure accurate data entry for amenities.
  • Assist in critical reporting functions for Market & Affordable sectors.
  • Update NRP systems with relevant leasing and absorption information.
