Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles (experience in financial services or technology preferred).
  • Experience with RFP coordination or responding to RFPs is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, outreach, and engagement strategies.
  • Manage and prioritize inbound inquiries and work with the Marketing and Revenue Enablement teams around outreach strategies for outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with the RFP team to manage the Request for Proposal process, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and delivering the required information to align with client needs and deadlines.
  • Provide direct support to Sales Directors by coordinating meetings, demos, and client follow-ups.
  • Assist in the creation of tailored proposals and presentations to effectively address client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the external sales team and internal teams to streamline communication and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to support sales forecasting and planning.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our platform, solutions, and market positioning.
  • Articulate our value proposition to prospective clients and address initial questions or concerns.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns and follow up on leads generated through events and content.
  • Work with Product and Client Success teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoff for onboarding.
  • Adhere to and apply Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • Understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

In November this year, open banking, data aggregation and analytics platform Yodlee, will turn sixteen in Australia. Heirwealth Turns On Open Banking Technology From Envestnet | Yodlee To Help High Net Worth Families Smooth The Intergenerational Wealth Transfer
