  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or a four-year high school diploma with four years of full-time experience in housing management
  • Experience in tasks performed primarily clerical, secretarial, receptionist, and/or accounting is not acceptable
  • Experience with only incidental contact or interaction with tenants is not acceptable
Responsibilities
  • Operate Q-Matic Customer Flow System and provide high level customer service
  • Respond to housing inquiries and process related documents
  • Utilize computer databases and information technology systems to research data
  • Maintain tracking system for inquiries and resolutions
  • Perform computer support and related duties
