Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development and Learning & Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of change management principles, adult learning theories, and diverse learning styles.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and modern learning methodologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective consultation, coaching abilities, and the ability to design impactful OD interventions.
Responsibilities
  • Execute organizational development initiatives and support talent management strategies like performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs, succession planning frameworks, and learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create impactful learning and development programs to address skill gaps, career growth, and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive change initiatives and enhance onboarding processes.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and support DEIB efforts.
  • Partner with external institutions to provide internships and manage vendor relationships as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience or certification in psychometric tools (e.g., CliftonStrengths, DiSC, MBTI).
