Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business related field required

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales, Product Development, Operations and Procurement teams to prepare effective customer quotes and improve customer performance and profitability
- Increase productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements
- Provide analysis, reports, and recommendations to company management and sales team
- Gain knowledge of every facet of the business in order to provide comprehensive recommendations to sales and leadership
- Assist with the preparation of the annual sales budget
- Maintain flexible and “can-do” attitude in managing multiple projects and changing priorities
- Become a go-to contact for Commercial sales team and all other cross-functional teams
- Work closely with Commercial Leadership Team to develop proper analyses and provide financially sound insights in business decisions
- Gain a strong understanding of Shearer's P&L to help facilitate decision making process
