Requirements
- A strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude who drives process improvements to increase effectiveness of the team and minimize room for errors
- The ability to be hands-on, detail-oriented, and organized, while leading and coaching others
- Strong operational experience in reporting and data analysis to drive strategies that ensure the workforce remains happy, engaged, and productive
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and practices, and experience using Lean Six Sigma tools to identify process gaps and drive process improvements, ideally with greenbelt certification or higher
- Proven experience developing and driving change management in a complex environments
- A superior problem solver, possessing the initiative to look into the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers
- Excellent multitasker who has strong time and project management skills and understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations

Responsibilities
- Improve and map the core processes across HealthVerity and identify key performance metrics
- Strategically analyze the current processes, needs and positively build a framework that can be utilized across multiple initiatives with transparency and pace as key drivers
- Effectively communicate the goals and best practices of the Operations team via written documentation and internal communication tools
- Positively partner with team leads to develop creative ways to improve our processes to enable and drive improved productivity
- Never settle for second best by continually seeking out optimization opportunities in and outside of our performance management software, systems, and processes
- Stay up to date on cutting edge trends or innovations in process performance and engagement techniques and practices
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations/ commercial operations and enablement, preferably within a startup/rapidly growing SaaS environment
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of experience having directly selected process driven tools such as Salesforce and launching related business processes including related reporting tools such as Tableau or similar
- Experienced in health information technology, life sciences, or related industry preferred
- Experience in supporting a fast paced sales team
