Responsibilities
  • Build and manage pipelines for mid-level talent across commercial functions, focusing on Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to managing offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with business goals.
  • Provide a high-quality experience for candidates, positioning Sporty as a top-choice employer.
  • Keep candidate pipelines updated and organized in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Write and post job descriptions that attract and resonate with high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with HR and People Operations to manage offer processes and support smooth onboarding.
