Li & Fung, a Bermuda-incorporated B2B supply chain service provider, has launched a $300 million bond and a $650 million offer. The transaction was led by Appleby's Hong Kong Corporate Partner Judy Lee, with Citigroup Global Markets Limited, DBS Bank Ltd., and MUFG Securities EMEA PLC as Dealer Managers, and Sodali & Co Limited as the tender agent. This move highlights Appleby's strong position in the Debt Capital Markets practice across Asia.
