Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Bootstrap.
- Solid understanding of mobile application development and Ionic frameworks.
- Expert-level object-oriented PHP5 skills.
- Expert-level SQL skills, specifically Oracle and MySQL.
- Experience architecting web applications through the full life cycle.
- Ability to hand-code HTML and CSS without a WYSIWYG editor.
- Excellent JavaScript skills, preferably with a framework such as jQuery.
- Ability to communicate clearly with users verbally and through documentation.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Flash, Flex, and ActionScript 3.0.
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with Java/JSP web development.
- Familiarity with .NET web development.
- Experience with version control systems such as CVS or SVN.
- Prior work experience in a telecommunications environment.
