Director of Implementation, Provider Systems

As the Director of Implementation, Provider Systems at Annexus Health, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful implementation and delivery of our products and services to clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare technology solutions are effectively deployed, integrated, and utilized by our customers.

What You Will Do:

• Team Leadership- Build and lead a high-performing team of solution consultants, project managers, business analysts, and other relevant staff members. Provide guidance, coaching and support to ensure the team’s success along with our client’s success. 
• Client Relationship Management- Serve as the primary escalation point for clients during the implementation and delivery phase. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their needs, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise. 
• Solution Design and Configuration- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and support to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into the design and configuration of our healthcare technology solutions. 
• Quality Assurance- Develop and implement quality assurance and validation processes and standards to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our products and services. Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. 
• Project Management- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process of our healthcare technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to client requirements. 
• Continuous Improvement- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize implementation processes, enhance customer satisfaction and increase efficiency. Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement. 

About You:

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, implementation, or delivery roles, preferably within the healthcare or healthcare technology industry. 
• Strong leadership skills with a history of building and managing high-performing teams. 
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology systems and software, including electronic health records (EHR), health information exchange (IE) and other related solutions. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions and make data-driven decisions. 
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. 
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
