Requirements
  • 6 years of experience providing cyber security support for IT systems
  • Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, particularly Infrastructure as a Service
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Windows system administration
  • Working with Kubernetes in production
  • AWS, IaC, and Kubernetes experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience working in Info Security
  • Developed security standards and best practices and work as a technical expert across many projects
  • Ability to supervise others if/as needed and provide mentorship to junior engineers
  • Federal govt. experience supporting Army or DoD
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • IAT Level III or IAM Level III
Responsibilities
  • The Senior Cloud Security Engineer will monitor the organization’s networks for any security breaches and investigate/mitigate any issues.
  • Maintain software, firewalls, and data encryption programs to ensure sensitive information is protected.
  • Plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results, and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
