  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business, Psychology or another related field
  • Experience with human centered design thinking and data analysis
  • Experience working on behalf of diverse populations to dismantle barriers to equity and inclusion, whether in a professional or volunteer capacity
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, awareness of, and commitment to contemporary issues of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • Focus Fridays: no meetings, no distractions, just time for you to get work done
  • Focus Weeks: In Spring 2023, we held our first ever Focus Week, we canceled all non-essential meetings, minimized distractions, and you, our team members, to dive into the key work that gets chopped up or deprioritized during the regular day-to-day. We saw a 36% jump in the average energized score after those five days of flow state work and are finalizing a plan for quarterly Focus Weeks for team members

  • Coordinate, collaborate, and create with DEI Team, ERG leaders, Spring Health employees and/or stakeholders outside of Spring Health to ensure successful completion of the DEI Strategic Plan
  • Research, write and finalize messaging, handbooks, and other documentation for the DEI team
  • Assist with the coordination of all DEI and ERG events and initiatives such as cultural celebrations, professional development panels, networking opportunities, mentoring initiatives, restorative circles, training, and presentations
  • Collaborate with ERGs, DEI Taskforce, and Executive Sponsors to organize events and initiatives as requested
  • Employ strong communication skills, high attention to detail, critical thinking, creativity, growth mindset, and resilience to deliver DEI initiatives
  • Practice a community minded and innovative approach to completing our DEI mission and supporting organizational values
  • Work with people from all walks of life and practice understanding, passion and willingness to learn about and from others
