Commercial Customer Account Executive @ Gong.io

As a Commercial Customer Account Executive, you’ll fill a key role in growing our current customer base by working on expansion, upsell, and renewal deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hunt and close Gong Forecast opportunities within our current account base.
Demonstrate an ability to multithread and access C-level executives
Manage a book of business with ~200 accounts
Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
Develop and leverage client relationships to expand the usage of Gong within new teams and departments
Assist with renewal discussions for current customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are located in the Chicago area
1+ years of closing experience
Deep experience hunting new business
Upsell/Cross-Sell Experience is a plus but not required
Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
