AM Utility Worker
Starting Wage: $16.75 - $18.95 per hour

Facility and Groundskeeper
Help keep our workplace clean, safe, organized, and ready for the people who rely on it every day.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Facility and Groundskeeper who takes pride in creating a clean, orderly, and professional environment. In this role, you will support daily operations by caring for company buildings, grounds, restrooms, kitchens, parking areas, sidewalks, docking areas, and warehouse spaces.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Keep buildings, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and workspaces clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Perform routine facility maintenance tasks and notify management when repairs are needed.
- Clear debris from sidewalks, parking lots, docking areas, warehouse floors, and other work areas.
- Collect office garbage and dispose of it properly in designated bins.
- Break down unnecessary boxes, collect shrink wrap, and prepare materials for recycling or disposal.
- Compact cardboard and shrink wrap as needed.
- Remove stains from surfaces such as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Sweep floors, docking areas, and other assigned spaces as needed.
- Dust warehouse racking and support general facility upkeep.
- Complete other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of basic public safety and security practices.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
- Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to work respectfully with others.
- Ability to choose and use the tools and equipment needed to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, grip tools, use a broom, operate compactors and hand trucks, and complete hands-on cleaning and facility tasks safely.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions about assigned tasks, and prioritize work when needed.
- A team-oriented approach that supports a respectful and professional work environment.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
License and Certifications
- Valid Oregon driver’s license.
