The National and Regional STAR Program (Sales-Technology-Applications-Rotation) is designed for recent graduates to gain experience over a one-year training period.

Consumer – Functional, Polymer, Contaminant Control, Tissue and Pulp

Industrial – Influent/Effluent, Boilers, Cooling Towers

What you’ll do:

• Complete 3-4 month rotations focused on various product lines and unit operations.
• Learn best practices in application technology.
• Participate in R&D development project.
• Develop relationships with both sales and applications teams.
• At the conclusion of the program the candidates will transition to a position within the Solenis Consumer or Industrial Team

• Present quarterly on technology and value to customers of the projects they are working on
• Complete TREK and other training programs
• Classroom and applied learning with equipment, sales and applications teams
