- Seven or more years of Deskside Break/Fix troubleshooting and solutioning experience in larger corporate environments.
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10 (pilot).
- Current Mac operating system support including operating system troubleshooting, imaging, and builds in a corporate environment.
- Ability to support Mobility Devices (phones and tablets) across multiple platforms including Apple, Android, and Microsoft.
- Proficiency in application support for Microsoft Office products current through Office 365, including support of Outlook and Exchange across PC, phone, and tablet devices.
- Ability to provide on-site and remote support of high-level and executive end users via in-person, phone, and remote takeover tools.
- Superior customer service skills and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Location requirement in Los Angeles, California.
- Duration of 1 year with possible extension.
