  • Seven or more years of Deskside Break/Fix troubleshooting and solutioning experience in larger corporate environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10 (pilot).
  • Current Mac operating system support including operating system troubleshooting, imaging, and builds in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to support Mobility Devices (phones and tablets) across multiple platforms including Apple, Android, and Microsoft.
  • Proficiency in application support for Microsoft Office products current through Office 365, including support of Outlook and Exchange across PC, phone, and tablet devices.
  • Ability to provide on-site and remote support of high-level and executive end users via in-person, phone, and remote takeover tools.
  • Superior customer service skills and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Location requirement in Los Angeles, California.
  • Duration of 1 year with possible extension.
Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote support for high-level and executive end users using in-person, phone, and remote takeover tools.
  • Support troubleshooting, imaging, and builds for Mac operating systems in a corporate environment.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook and Exchange across PC, phone, and tablet devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10 pilot) in a corporate setting.
  • Provide deskside and remote support for mobile devices (Apple, Android, Microsoft) across multiple platforms.
  • Assist with imaging, deployment, and build processes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain superior customer service in all interactions.
