  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT program and project management
  • Experience in the music and/or fintech industry is a huge plus
Responsibilities
  • Support and contribute to the Technology Department’s ongoing transition towards a product centric approach to software development
  • Support the Senior Director of Tech Strategy and Planning with the implementation of a strategy for effective technical governance, alignment to corporate goals, and executive reporting
  • Establish or improve processes and best practices for financial management, executive reporting, technical governance, QA practices, requirements processes, and agile methodologies
  • Manage cross-product milestones, roadmaps, and dependencies. Align these roadmaps to strategic goals and effectively communicate these roadmaps to stakeholders to ensure cross-team collaboration
  • Support the management and oversight of budget and capacity planning, and vendor management
  • As needed, support the business development team with shaping opportunities, providing input on technical feasibility and cost estimates for the technical aspects of the work
  • Lead by example in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in other functional areas; build and support a culture of collaboration and teamwork
