Requirements
  • Bachelors & 15+ years of experience, Masters and 13+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 10+ years of experience
  • Ability to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs or activities to meet external customer or internal employee learning objectives.
  • Knowledge of needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments.
  • Skills to determine the organization, communication, and delivery of the course content and materials and to develop learning activities and demonstrations.
  • Skills to create course content, training materials, visual aids, and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (CBT), and/or web-based training (WBT).
  • Skills to monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed.
  • TS/SCI Clearance with SCI eligibility
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Training, Tradecraft, and Exercises Team
  • Train soldiers, civilians, contractors, and, potentially, foreign partners in the collection and exploitation of PAI, OSINT reporting, dissemination, coordination, or cueing, integrating with other intelligence disciplines.
  • Help the OSINT community in understanding tools and techniques to support the methods, techniques, and skills used by intelligence professionals and analysts for intelligence gathering from publicly available sources
  • Provide scenario-based training and exercises for OSINT activities.
  • Conduct Foundry Training execution at key locations and at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICOE) OSINT Basic Course (OBC).
  • Assess the current training curriculum at each location/organization in scope of this contract and to assess documentation, and its effectiveness based on After Action Reviews (AARs), lessons learned, and other applicable sources.
  • Manage an OSINT Learning Management System (LMS) application capable of enhancing the current OSINT training through online virtual delivery and providing a synthetic training environment to model and simulate real-world OSINT activities.
  • Assist in development of OSINT collective tasks in the Military Intelligence Training Standards, integrate OSINT into exercise design requirements, and conduct and participate in coalition and partner exercises fully integrating OSINT as an evaluated intelligence discipline.
