Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in retail or event environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
  • Quick thinker and problem solver who can make decisions under pressure.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
  • Willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of 15-25 Brand Ambassadors across multiple retail locations.
  • Ensure all sampling activities meet company standards and program goals.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of engagement and customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain program integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage schedules, inventory, and logistics.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all Product Samplers adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling practices.
