What believers are saying

  • OnBoard said July 2026 AI is live for 7,000-plus organizations worldwide.
  • The February 2026 Governance Advisory Council strengthens credibility on AI oversight and regulation.
  • Synergos AMC adoption expands OnBoard's association channel into smaller, budget-constrained boards.

What critics are saying

  • Diligent dominates board portals; OnBoard's AI features face faster-copying enterprise rivals by 2026.
  • AI Minutes and Governance IQ deepen product complexity, raising security and accuracy liability.
  • If enterprise buyers standardize on Microsoft or Diligent suites, OnBoard becomes a niche add-on.

What makes OnBoard unique
