  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance

  • Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity and other elements while performing duties including Drive-Up, carryout etc.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to exceed guest service expectations by focusing on decreasing wait time, friendly guest interactions, quality of service, resolution, driving loyalty and cleanliness standards
  • Lead and demonstrate onboarding and learning practices; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions
  • Understand sales goals, business reporting and guest insights to plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver store sales goals and guest engagement
  • Support Target Loyalty Programs to educate and promote the benefits and offerings that reward guests
  • Follow up on training completion and support continuous education opportunities to drive proficiencies for all front of store experiences
  • Engage in development conversations throughout the career path of team members
  • Provide recognition and appreciation to team members to reinforce critical guest service behaviors and promote a positive culture
  • Model accountability through clear expectations and performance management on Service and Engagement behaviors
  • Respond quickly to guest concerns with de-escalation and ensure the team resolves issues
  • Keep team updated on upcoming promotions, brand launches and events
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team
  • Ensure schedules align to guest and business needs including early morning, evening, closing, overnight shifts, holidays and weekends
  • Support and enable team members to deliver pick up and drive up orders efficiently and accurately to digital guests while following all adult beverage laws
  • Demonstrate culture of ethical conduct and compliance and hold others accountable
  • Lead and demonstrate safety culture by modeling safe behaviors, identifying hazards, and incident reporting
  • Create welcoming guest experiences and assist with daily tasks
  • Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target
  • Model execution of physical security processes to enhance in-store security
  • Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store; including ordering, storage and application as directed
  • If applicable, act as key carrier and follow safe and secure training and processes
  • Address all store emergency and compliance needs
  • All other duties based on business needs
