Cyber Engineering Lead

The Cyber Engineering Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our cybersecurity tools, products and cyber engineering related to security infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and a proven track record in leading an engineering team.

Technical Knowledge and Understanding:

• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field

• Master’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.

• Proven experience managing NOC and SOC operations.

• Experience with incident response, threat intelligence, and risk management.

• Experience with cloud security and modern cybersecurity tools and technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including the CISO, SOC and partner engineering teams.
