Requirements
  • A luxury service focus and desire to grow a career with Sofitel.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading, mentoring, and training a team of food and beverage ambassadors in banquet operations.
  • Supervise and delegate duties while ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Ensure client expectations are met for each event.
  • Deliver luxury service aligned with Sofitel brand standards.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to strategize new product and service offerings.
  • Promote a strong team culture focused on creating memorable guest experiences.
