  • 5-7+ years of account management, partner development or sales experience
  • Relevant industry experience in retail, CPG, digital media, or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and alignment with Director+ level external contacts
  • Experience building and growing teams
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with complex data to drive insights and actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional communication skills that allow you to lead and influence thinking internally and externally
  • Proven ability to meet revenue goals and build strong partnerships based on joint value
Responsibilities
  • Own our business relationships with key senior contacts (Director+) to drive overall partnership strategy and vision; grow and deepen the partnerships, with a focus on ongoing external education (presentation, calls, and meetings) on the digital shopping landscape and the value of the Flipp platform.
  • Create new relationships within existing partnerships to expand the depth and breadth of the partnership, with a focus on adding value for both Flipp and our partners.
  • Coach, scale and empower a team of Account Executives and Account Managers; support their career development plans at Flipp through ongoing training and feedback.
  • Manage revenue and forecasting to meet quota goals alongside the Director of Partner Development, ensuring your team is delivering against specific revenue opportunities.
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for your accounts, managing ambiguous or time-sensitive situations that may pose risk to the partnership
  • Play a key leadership role on your team and the broader organization, embodying Flipp’s cultural values & principles, driving team health and cohesion, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies in PPS (People, Process, Systems)
