  • This is an on-site opportunity, and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our Hemel Hempstead office Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
  • In this entry-level role, you'll play a crucial part in optimizing our brands' presence and performance on Amazon and other key e-commerce platforms. You'll get hands-on experience managing a variety of tasks, from fine-tuning product listings to monitoring commercial performance and handling inventory management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and customer behavior to find ways to improve. You'll also create regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor our brand's health.
  • Product & Market Strategy: Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates. Using both internal and external tools, you'll conduct keyword research, stay on top of industry trends, and keep an eye on competitor activities to inform our strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the brand and support teams, providing your insights on potential product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives. You'll also help resolve any account-related issues to ensure a smooth operation.

The process runs from an initial discovery call to finalizing the deal within 4-6 weeks. A dedicated team analyzes the brand’s operations, marketing, supply chain, and logistics, then designs and implements a growth strategy and handles a smooth onboarding to ensure a seamless transition. The team’s deep e-commerce and Amazon FBA experience, plus a global presence across three continents with many former Amazon sellers, helps lift each acquired brand to higher performance. Revenue comes from the growth and success of the brands it owns. The company’s clear emphasis on transparency covers the acquisition structure, onboarding, and growth milestones. The goal is to provide founders with a painless exit and establish Unybrands as the first call when they’re ready to sell their next business.
