- Experience integrating third-party tools such as Conga CPQ, contract lifecycle management systems, and quoting frameworks.
- Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and large language model-based models into enterprise applications using frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain.
- Architect and implement Model Context Protocol servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows.
- Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation.
- Collaborate with CRM teams using Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics to align AI solutions with existing CPQ/CLM processes, including contract lifecycle, framework contract management, and quoting.
- Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
- Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, authentication, and data validation standards.
- Mentor developers and contribute to building an AI capability foundation within Philips.
- Experience with CPQ/CLM domain implementation projects.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management frameworks and enterprise quoting systems.
- Exposure to hyperautomation tools including AI Builder, Power Automate, and Flow Builder.
- Prior experience designing secure and scalable agentic AI architectures.
