Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. The Sales Assistant will support our sales department by coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, communicative, and passionate about contributing to a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing client databases
Respond to client inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process
Prepare and process sales documentation, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
Track sales performance and compile regular reports for management
Support in planning and executing sales campaigns and events
Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in a sales support or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
