Requirements
  • 5-7 years work experience with Project Management or Health Care.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Quality Assurance efforts for broad functionality systems
  • Experience working with external vendor partners to manage delivery

Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to identify and resolve any deviations or deficiencies within end to end administration application.
  • Develop project plans and team member assignments, define specific deliverables and deadlines, and establish project milestones.
  • Identify project risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
  • Prepare and deliver project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to capture and apply lessons learned to identify areas for improvement and share process enhancements to optimize project management practices.
  • Under general direction, lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring consistent alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Coach more junior colleagues in current project management techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
