Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related MarTech field, including Business, Design or Graphic Design, Communications, Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering; internal candidates may substitute four additional years of experience.
  • Four years of direct experience in MarTech with digital marketing products, software, design, and technologies applicable to the assigned product.
  • Experience working with third-party agencies and vendors and overseeing their deliverables and output.
  • Hands-on SEO experience in enterprise or multi-site environments.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4.
  • Technical SEO depth in crawl analysis, log file review, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and JSON-LD schema implementation.
  • Working knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization, including how large language models retrieve, rank, and cite content, entity SEO, and answer-formatted content structuring.
  • Working experience with search engine marketing, including Google Ads or Bing, campaign structure, and landing-page optimization.
  • Fluency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEO Clarity, Conductor or a similar enterprise SEO platform, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio or an equivalent.
  • Experience managing multi-location Google Business Profiles, local-pack performance, and citation consistency at scale.
  • Fluency with Google Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals diagnostics, with the ability to partner with developers on remediation.
  • Technical literacy in HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, and content management systems.
  • Demonstrated project management experience running multiple concurrent initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders, defined milestones, and on-time delivery.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including translating technical search concepts into executive-ready narratives for non-technical clinical and marketing leadership.
  • Proficiency in product and software tools applicable to the role, including product capabilities, limitations, and general best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data sources to evaluate product performance and identify optimizations through clear data storytelling.
  • Ability to determine product experiences and solutions that comply with healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of user interface and user experience design, including HTML, CSS, major web browsers and plugins, front-end web and style frameworks, and content best practices.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet, word-processing, and presentation software.
  • Ability to communicate across organizational levels through oral, written, and presentation channels.
Responsibilities
  • Own organic visibility across the health system's digital presence, including traditional SEO, search engine marketing coordination, and Answer Engine Optimization or Generative Engine Optimization.
  • Coordinate technical campaign execution and deployments for assigned digital products.
  • Support strategic planning and technical administration for digital products, tools, and integrations.
  • Coordinate planning for product and experience implementations, enhancements, and maintenance in alignment with business priorities and service line goals.
  • Own how the health system's physicians, services, and expertise are surfaced accurately and prominently by search engines and artificial-intelligence assistants.
  • Support project management for enhancements and implementations and activate digital campaigns and programming within assigned products and tools.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and collaborators to communicate product details and ensure deployments and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business partners, business entities, and third parties to deliver timely and accurate product activations and end-to-end production planning.
  • Identify gaps and define creative improvements, supporting design, prioritization, presentations, and business cases.
  • Perform product administration, testing, and data-driven evaluation of product capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to source creative requirements, product needs, and campaign goals; map deliverables to production plans and gather approvals.
  • Support product activation, adoption, and utilization within evolving digital and technical ecosystems.
  • Build key performance indicator dashboards and programming scorecards and use reporting to determine strategic optimizations.
  • Perform product and campaign testing to improve design, user experiences, and product applications.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for product health and partner with technical teams to address functionality challenges and maintain regulatory alignment.
  • Maintain product and experience roadmaps and evaluate products, partnerships, and tools to maximize efficiency, productivity, and return on investment within financial targets.
  • Discover innovative products, partnerships, and growth opportunities for digital experiences and create data-driven business cases for solutions.
  • Monitor emerging product-technology trends and seek innovative solutions for product management.
  • Support digital innovation and transformation by implementing and administering products, tools, technologies, designs, and partnerships that reduce friction in marketing experiences.
