Requirements
  • 1+ years in an administrative or operations position at a professional services company, preferably in an architecture or design firm
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency with MS Office suite and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
  • All legal permits and visas required to work in the U.S.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
  • Curation and maintenance of office space
  • Workplace setup for meetings and firm-wide events
  • Organization of design materials library
  • Handling of package and mail deliveries
  • Basic troubleshooting of AV equipment and assistance to firm’s IT support team
