Mission Focus: As a SharePoint Analyst/Trainer on our Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Knowledge Management (KM) Support Team you will be part of a team of developers, data analysts, and system administrators who provide the operation, maintenance, enhancement, and development support for knowledge, data, and analytics management within DTRA. 

This effort is a vital initiative within DTRA designed to develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical IT solutions that enhance collaboration, data management, process streamlining, and decision-making for DTRA. This contract provides the necessary expertise and experience needed to support the Agency’s growing need for specialized systems, software, security, cloud, and KM solutions. Specific support is needed for the enterprise SharePoint and Business Intelligence Dashboard knowledge sharing systems.

Location/Flexibility:

Ft. Belvoir, some remote flexibility may be permitted

Responsibilities:

Conduct systems analysis and programming activities related to the development, maintenance, and/or installation of computer programs to client and/or commercial application systems.
Build and maintain reporting models and utilize custom workflows in the Power Automate/Power Apps environment to efficiently support workflow automation based on end-user requirements.
Demonstrated experience with MicroStrategy
Contribute to and lead the planning and implementation of large programs in the function, and regularly interface with senior management and executive leadership.
Provide proactive Production support for SharePoint and other BI/Analytic applications.
Lead BI design and development activities to meet diverse, complex customer needs using Power Automate and Power BI
Work on extracting data from various data sources and connecting, importing, and transforming data.
Identifying and troubleshoot technical issues, providing support to the system’s end users.

Qualifications: 

Experience & Education:

High School Degree + 3-5 years of relevant experience, or
BS Degree + 3-5 years of relevant experience, or
MS Degree + 1 year of relevant experience

Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certification or obtain it within 60 days.
Experience with SharePoint Online and prior SharePoint versions.
Experience with Power BI dashboards, on-demand reporting, business analysis, etc.
Experience with Power Automate and Power Platform
Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query, PowerBI
Strong technical and organizational skills with analytical problem-solving abilities, as well as keen attention to detail.
Preferred experience with large data migration efforts, data cleansing, data management best practices, developing and/or contributing to business requirements documentation for reporting and/or data visualizations.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  
Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at times.
