/ HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Senior Production Manager, you will take a significant position in a world-class Brand Experience department operating at the sharp end of Momentum’s service offering.
You will be responsible for all aspects for the physical delivery of your assigned events.
You will contribute to the ongoing development of the team and help cultivate a collective culture of creative expression and flawless execution.
You will form strategic alliances with client, and colleagues from every department, working diligently and decisively to deliver profitability for the business and the very best product for our clients.
/ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or Senior Production Manager, with a working understanding of innovative production disciplines including content
- Excellent multi-disciplinary supplier knowledge / black book
- Experience in team management, resourcing, and utilisation planning
- The ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and floor plans.
- Comfortable leading in client briefings, client meetings, mediating client change requests, and managing client expectations as required.
/ HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be an integral part of Momentum’s Brand Experience team, where you will manage and lead on the delivery of a wide-reaching variety of brand experiences, both in the UK and globally.
Your role will include:
- Maintaining strategic relationships with production partners and clients
- Working with the business leadership, creative, strategy and operations teams on the end-to-end production process from concept design budgets, through to post-experience evaluation.
- Developing our overall production offering by devising and staying ahead of the latest production technologies, techniques and tactics, suggesting ways in which these can be adopted and deployed across our clients’ brand experience portfolio.
- Safety first – a good understanding of our legal obligations towards health and safety and the roles of all duty holders under CDM 2015.
- Driving efficiency for the team and the business
As Senior Production Manager you will be the clients’ go-to person within Momentum on all production-related matters, perceived as a leading discipline expert within brand experience production.
This will include:
- Advising Momentum’s business leadership team, creative department, and our clients on innovative and practical production solutions
- Creating and developing technical specifications and briefing documents to share with our chosen production partners
- Conducting site visits with accurate dimensions for the design team to scale from
- Conduct pre planning meetings with project teams including production partners and clients
- Creation and ownership of RAMS and event safety management plans
- Managing the production budgets and subsequent reconciliations for each delivery
- Providing specialist counsel to other agency teams and offices as appropriate – e.g. health and safety, sustainability
- Managing a team of direct reports, including leading on personal development, weekly catchups, continuous coaching and training and resource allocation.
- Supporting senior management (client and business leadership team) with resourcing and quarterly planning
- Ownership of, and adherence to, key processes, with responsibility for maintaining and championing these across the project team/s
- Championing reporting and evaluation across all brand experiences, with the ability to confidently implement and push forward learnings and best practices across our clients’ brand experience portfolio.
- Providing onsite leadership and point of escalation for all stakeholders.
