Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, this role will drive the benchmarking, design and administration of industry-leading global benefits programs that amaze and delight Collibrians. “Our Work Matters” is one of Collibra’s core values. The Director, Global Benefits at Collibra is responsible for:
- Leading a global team of benefits professionals to design innovative and engaging Benefits.
- Build and develop inspirational wellness programs which differentiate Collibra as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Source and manage benefit vendors to enable scale.
You have:
- Advanced knowledge of global benefit practice, particularly in EMEA and North America
- 10+ years of experience designing innovative health and wellness plans
- Experience managing global benefit professionals
- Experienced in CBP (Certified Benefits Professional); Global Certification preferred
- Experience administering 401k and managing global pension plans
- Benefits budgeting experience
- Experience with LOA, ADA and other compliance programs
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- Detail oriented but also able to think strategically
- Ability to collaborate across boundaries and strong stakeholder management.
- A strong communicator with an emphasis on change management practices.
- Up to date on the latest industry Benefits Best Practices.
- Empathetic and practical. Ability to balance employee needs with business priorities
Measures of success are:
- Within your first month, you will become familiar with Collibra culture and current benefit offerings.
- Within the third month, you will understand opportunities to enhance Collibra’s current benefit offerings and have established relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Within the first six months, you will be recommending enhancements to our current offerings, effectively managing our vendors and your team.
Compensation for this role
The standard base salary range for this position is $168,000.00 - $253,000.00 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
