Requirements
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Talent
  • 5+ years managing a recruiting team of 10+ recruiters in size
  • Experience reporting directly to C-level stakeholders
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Analytical and data-driven in your recruiting approach; Excel fluency preferred
  • Proven track record of taking initiative, from ideation through execution of projects
  • Experience holding recruiters accountable in a high-volume, sourcing-heavy environment
  • Proficiency managing ATS and recruitment tools/systems
  • High sense of urgency, with a track record of driving urgency across a team
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the leadership team to drive strategic planning, ensuring there is a clear plan to maintain/improve our clinical supply and quality
  • Coordinate and staff 3 Leads and 30+ recruiters in accordance with hiring targets
  • Deliver data-driven insights, in addition to weekly reporting to ensure clinical recruiting sub-verticals are on track to meet relevant goals
  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies in the clinical recruiting process, increasing pass-through rates and time-to-fill
  • Evolve our clinical competency hiring process to increase quality-of-hire and reduce pre-clinical attrition
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Care Strategy, HR, Growth Strategy, and Finance) to ensure that clinical openings are approved and assigned in an efficient way
  • Ensure recruitment processes and conversations appropriately reflect the mission and values of Charlie Health
  • Be creative—identify new ways to source candidates and identify key networks to broaden the applicant pool and move candidates through the pipeline
