Responsibilities
  • Run day-to-day operations—from sales and staffing to service and store standards.
  • Own the P&L by managing labor, inventory, and operational costs while pushing for long-term growth and profitability.
  • Set the tone for exceptional customer service by coaching your team to create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
  • Be a hands-on leader who trains, mentors, and levels-up team members to grow into tomorrow’s leaders.
  • Implement company programs, lead local marketing initiatives, and ensure all brand standards and operations are on point.
  • Review store performance, spot trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Build connections with customers, community partners, and vendors that grow loyalty and brand love.
  • Ensure your store meets all company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
