Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce development (CloudCraze or Lightning B2B Commerce)
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and owning solution design
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process automation, and custom objects
  • Deep understanding of B2B eCommerce processes (catalogs, carts, pricing, orders, and checkout)
  • Strong experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, and external systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, or Management Information Systems. Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not open to any visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Commerce (CloudCraze / Lightning) solutions
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce Commerce projects
  • Provide technical oversight and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality delivery
  • Customize and extend Salesforce B2B Commerce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications
  • Configure data models, product catalogs, pricing rules, order management, and checkout processes
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with security, performance, and scalability standards
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the technical team
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry best practices
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing Salesforce Commerce solutions
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications: B2B Commerce Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA track a plus)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
