ServiceNow Administrator @ CSCI Consulting

Job Description

CSCI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform for the End-to-End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC). This role is critical to enabling effective IT service management, workflow automation, and reporting across mission-critical logistics systems, while ensuring strict compliance with DoD security requirements.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain ServiceNow tools and applications
Support system migrations, enhancements, and workflow development
Provide on-call support and troubleshoot technical issues
Coordinate with government stakeholders to prioritize updates
Maintain documentation and standards for ServiceNow operations
Ensure compliance with DoD security regulations during system changes

Minimum Requirements

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (required)
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
Familiarity with DevOps integrations (GitLab, JFROG, SonarQube)
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence

Preferred Skills

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Exposure to DoD environments or federal IT service management practices
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Application Developer, Implementation Specialist)
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
Past experience working with a federal agency
Department of Defense experience is a plus!
