Requirements
  • Student in a Sophomore standing or greater working toward a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
  • Graduation date on or after May 2026.
  • Available to work onsite year-round; 20 hours per week during school and full-time during breaks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily treasury operations.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of banking activities.
  • Perform reconciliation of cash applied.
  • Assist with month end close process and journal entries.
  • Assist with SARBOX and quarterly compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and track key treasury operational benchmarks.
  • Assist in the implementation of new treasury systems and procedures.
  • Maintain Treasury Department files.
  • Handle special assignments as assigned by supervisor.
  • Plan and prioritize work activities.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned.
