Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid NSW RSA Competency Card, First Aid Certification, and Driver’s License.
  • A collaborative leader who inspires and promotes a culture of excellence.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy items.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office team to deliver effortless check-ins and memorable stays.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members, creating a high-energy and positive workplace.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations – from financial transactions to staffing and guest relations.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Act as the first point of contact during critical emergency situations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera highly regarded).
