Requirements
  • +5 years of experience in consulting / business development / start-up or similar
  • Previous experience managing and developing small teams
  • Strong track record of excellent performance delivering challenging KPIs and / or projects
  • Good understanding of all the key drivers in a business P&L
  • Highly polished communication skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc)
  • Owner mindset and solution-oriented
  • Ability to balance swift pace of execution with attention to detail
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • Residence in Kyiv and ready to spend a minimum of 2 days/week at our HQ office
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in charge of managing a group of existing cities and drive them to success
  • Own the P&L, as well as the key growth and profitability metrics for your area
  • Work together with the Commercial Director and the functional heads to define winning sales, growth and operations strategies for your cities, and own its implementation
  • Identify and sign local partnerships, building and managing a commercial dream team
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the service in your area, staying up to date in terms of news and trends, and looking after operational excellence
  • Institute best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas
  • Build, scale, communicate and maintain detailed reporting models to assist regional efforts, both on a strategic and operational level
  • Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team
